Euroleague Final Four 2017: schedule and how to watch it on TV
Real Madrid-Fenerbahce and CSKA-Olympiacos are the semifinals of the 2017 Final Four, which will be played in Istanbul between May 19 and 21.
Next weekend, basketball fans have an unmissable date, as the Euroleague Final Four is being played. Real Madrid, Fenerbahce, CSKA Moscow and Olympiacos are the four teams that will compete for the trophy as the best team in Europe, which the Russian team won last year.
Istanbul will host this Final Four, which will be played between May 19 and 21. Real Madrid-Fenerbahce and CSKA-Olympiacos are the semifinal matches that will be played on Friday, while on Sunday the battle for third and fourth place and the grand final will take place. These are the schedules for the event:
Friday, May 19
- CSKA – Olympiacos –> 5:30 PM
- Fenerbahce – Real Madrid –> 8:30 PM
Sunday, May 21
- Third-place game –> 5:00 PM
- Final –> 8:00 PM
Movistar+ will broadcast live all the matches of this Final Four, which has been reached by the big favorites who, curiously, already featured in the 2015 Final Four, in which Real Madrid was champion.
The whites are reaching their fifth Final Four in the last seven years, and to win the title they would have to start by beating Obradovic’s Fenerbahce, who eliminated them last year in the Top 8. The Turks are playing at home with the goal of winning the first Euroleague title for a Turkish team.
In the other semifinal, we have two classics of European basketball. CSKA is reaching its 14th Final Four in the last 15 years. The Russian side begins the defense of the title won last year against Olympiacos, champions in 2012 and 2013.
